Management of Clubs and Committees
Cyborg’s Academia Management Module hosts Clubs and Committees, which allows the creation and administration of various institutional clubs and committees. This is achieved through a process that makes it possible to carry out activities in real time for an institution’s different academic as well as extra-curricular entities.
Creation of Clubs/Committees:
Easily create clubs and committees to provide both academic and extra-curricular activities for all.
Designation Creation:
Custom creation of designations like Dean, Chairperson, Coordinator, and Member of the club or committee. This should bring define roles clearly in terms of accountability and collaboration.
Assign Members:
Rather easy to assign by adding members to the club or committee directly.
Subject Assignment for Clubs/Committees:
Define and assign specific subject(s) or work that relates to the club or committee. It should serve the goals of the institution and thus increase impact.
Achieved Approvals:
Have an approval system for consolidation of achievements and contributions of clubs or committees so that all are made official.
View Approved Achievements (Reports):
Grow reports on approved achievements for a detailed illustration of what different clubs and committees have been doing.
By embedding all these, Cyborg works well in building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and credit attributed to this in academia and extracurricular activities.
