Reporting and Analysis
The Reporting and Analysis function enlightens citizens within the organization with insights-oriented support for decision-making through their reports and analysis. It becomes an inclusive under-one-roof mechanism for producing comprehensive reporting and detailed analysis by enabling both to transform stakeholders into knowledgeable participants.
Individual User Dashboards:
Personalized dashboards will allow individual users to view data relevant to their role in real-time. Thus, it will track KPIs, project updates, and other important metrics unique to the respective user. Also, being tailored to the user’s profile, employees can measure their performance and progress effectively.
Management Dashboards:
Management dashboards offer a wider view that combines several departments to provide an organization-wide performance overview. The dashboards cover operational efficiency, performance of teams, and alignment to strategic goals, thus empowering management to spot trends, identify opportunities, and proactively address challenges.
Leave Analysis:
Leave analysis collects the absence data and makes it easier to analyze them by departments, e.g. frequent absenteeism, impact of absences on productivity and having their policy in place on absence. It will help the HR and management to achieve the balance in the workforce successfully.
Employee Concern Reports:
None of the employees remains happy and satisfied in his job if their issues never come out in any way. This feature collects and lists all employee feedback and issues and provides descriptive insights into it. Issues can be flagged based on priority, resolved soon after, and increased employee satisfaction and retention can be achieved.
Thus, reporting and Analysis are synergetic, putting the organization process against technology to convert raw data into valuable outputs, that is, the excellent output of the organization.
