1) Inventory & Sub-Inventory

Inventory Creation: Open a master inventory by University → College → Department → Course. Pick Type (General/Exam/Other), and allow requisitions if required.
Sub-Inventory Creation: Map labs, classrooms, racks, or custodians to the parent inventory for granular control and reporting.
INV Data Permission: Grant view/issue/approve rights to roles or named users for each (sub)inventory.

2) Issue & Movement
